    The page, meaning each written side of the document, including stamps, endorsements and the apostille.
    Delivery format
    Electronically signed PDF, accepted on Spanish government online portals since 2020. The paper copy is optional.
    Source document
    A legible scan or photograph is enough. If the document is to be used in another country, obtain the apostille first: it is translated as well.

    Delivery

    You receive your sworn translation as an electronically signed PDF, at the email address given in the order. No shipping charge applies. If the authority requires the paper copy, add the postal delivery service to your order.

    Turnaround

    We confirm the turnaround before starting. It depends on the number of pages, the language pair and the availability of the authorised sworn translator. It starts from payment confirmation and receipt of a legible, complete document.

    Cancellation

    Until the translator has started, you can cancel your order without giving a reason and the full amount is refunded. Once the translation has started, as it is a service made to measure on your document, the right of withdrawal no longer applies, under articles 103.a) and 103.c) of the Spanish consolidated Consumer Protection Act.

    Errors

    You have fourteen days from delivery to report any transcription error or omission attributable to us. The correction is free of charge.
